Room Rentals

Board Room

Members can take advantage of using our ECA room rentals, including classrooms, boardroom, and event spaces at no charge!

We have a space for you to meet with a client or two. Spaces for a 24-person workshop. Even a space for a 60-person meeting!

Conditions and Availability

48 Hours' notice is needed to book a room
Rooms are available Monday - Thursday, 8:30 am- 3:30 pm, and Friday 8:30 am - 11:30 am (subject to availability)
Bookings are free to ECA members (contact us for non-member rates)
Rooms can be used for meetings (planning, sales, safety, etc.) and training.
Set-up, hospitality, and clean-up services are not provided
