The Edmonton Construction Association stocks Canadian Construction Association (CCA) and Canadian Construction Documents Committee (CCDC) standard contracts and guides.
Many of the Standard Contracts and Guides are available in electronic form. Purchasers of Electronic Contracts and Guides must first purchase a registration number for the document from the Edmonton Construction Association. Upon receipt of the registration number, purchasers may download the corresponding document at www.cca-acc.com. Standard Contracts and Guides including Registration Numbers for electronic versions, must be picked-up at the Edmonton Construction Association. They will not be mailed and under no circumstances will they be photocopied, faxed or sent by email.
Purchasers of Electronic Documents must also purchase and affix copyright seals to the documents downloaded to authorize their use and demonstrate that the document is accurate and unamended. Each registration number purchased will be accompanied by two (2) copyright authorization seals. Failure to affix copyright seals constitutes an infringement of copyright.
Sales to non-member firms will be on a C.O.D. basis either by cash or cheque, no debit cards accepted. Credit Card payments are accepted through PayPal.
Prices do not include GST.
Minimum invoice charge $8.50 + GST. No returns / No refunds.
